In the Fall of 2004 Crave opened their doors to the Calgary public making cupcakes, cookies and cakes from scratch. In the city of Calgary there are four locations with a fifth in the works. Carolyne McIntyre Jackson has a degree in Food Business Management and has always loved baking, especially creating new and delicious baked treats. It was always her dream to bring something special to the people she was around and hence Crave Cupcakes was started. Along with her sister Jodi Willoughby who has a degree in Community Rehabilitation they have built a brand and a company that has been embraced from their love of creative simplicity.
