How do I order one of the benefits in the savings
centre.
Once you become a SOHO member, you will receive complete
ordering details for each Benefit Partner Program.
Your unique SOHOID# will give you access to exclusive
member rates.
Q:
I am currently using a benefit from one of your partners
and would like to speak to someone from the company.
If you are already a user of one of the benefit partner's
products or services, you are required to contact
their customer service directly which could be found
on their website or in any of the customer support
materials they may have provided you. SOHO does not
provide customer service support on behalf of the
partners.
Q:
How does the membership Auto Renewal Plan work?
The auto renewal plan simplifies the administration
and renewal process for both you the member and SOHO.
When you sign up with Auto Renewal Plan, you are authorizing
SOHO to automatically renew your membership without
any notice on your next renewal date. You may cancel
the auto renewal plan prior to your next renewal
date (a cancellation fee equal to the discount is
applied only in the first year of cancellation). The
benefit to you as a member is that your membership
rate is provided up front at a discounted rate and
is always renewed at the Auto Renewal rate for further
savings. The discount is offered because the cost
of administration is reduced when this plan is chosen.
For you as a member, it also reduces your time and
cost of administrating your membership.

I wish to renew my membership?
If you are on the Auto Renewal Plan, your membership
will automatically be renewed on your renewal or anniversary
date. If you are not on auto renewal, please email
us below and a membership representative will contact
you.
Q:
I wish to cancel my membership?
Please email us with a customer service request below
indicating your request and a membership representative
will cancel your membership upon your next renewal
date.
