- Who are your key prospects that will be attending this show and what have you done to make sure they know you are exhibiting?
- What are the best type of invitations, brochures and promotional items for this event?
- How will you measure the success of this show? Will it be by increased sales with existing customers, increased number of new contacts made or perhaps just increased industry profile?
- What is your post show strategy for contacting contacts and who will be monitoring the results?
- Who are your main competitors at this show and what will they be doing to steal away your customers?
