I use customer relationship marketing techniques because they are personal, low-cost, manageable, and easily measured for effectiveness. These include phone calls, direct mail campaigns, formal and informal networking, plus email. I combine a variety of marketing techniques, depending on my specific sales objective, which focuses on developing mutually beneficial relationships.
