Craig has experience in almost all areas of the retail business; from merchandising, distribution, wholesale, representation, customer service, buying, training, sales and marketing. All of which he was able to do with much success and recognition.

Some of this success included managing and growing a multi-million dollar account (Monster Cable) for 115 Future Shop stores across the country. Craig also played a key role in the National Product training at Best Buy Canada, Future Shop. Craig facilitated multi-day trainings for new associates, hosted in numerous videos and hosted and planned National Training events for management and senior associates.
