December is a great month to keep "bizzy" for for every entrepreneur. For some of you, it might be the biggest month of sales especially if you are in retail. - Review your year- sales, expenses, profitability, people, execution and create your new 2012 plan

- Improve your products and services - what can you offer in 2012 that's new and better to help your customers
- Attend receptions and events and plan your events for Q1 2012
- Enjoy the holidays with family and friends
